Please take the time you need to use the size guides before making the purchase to avoid disappointment – we can not make refunds for size changes.
As many of our products are custom made, we do not accept returns on items unless they are defective or the order is incorrect.

How can I return an item?
Returned items must be unused, unused (if applicable) and returned in their original packaging, including any box, coat rack, clothing bag, and other packing materials that contain it along with all accompanying documentation.
Any returned products that are damaged, that do not include the packing materials, are dirty, or altered will not be accepted.
Keep in mind:
We will only accept the return of the products if they are returned within 10 days of delivery, unless we have notified otherwise.
All merchandise will be examined on return.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and return the item to us. Once we receive it, you will be sent a replacement or refund. Please refrain from making any type of return before we have approved and scheduled it.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection and peace of mind, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that secures your package for the value of the merchandise.
We are not responsible for any item that is returned to us by mistake.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Shipping costs are only refundable when the goods are defective, in which case a refund is made.
Please also note that we will return the items if they are defective, after a thorough check. Please allow 7 business days for us to process your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once processed, you should see the refund on your bank statement within fifteen (15) business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note that returns are only made to the original card that was used to make the purchase.
We do not reimburse shipping or international taxes or obligations.
